"Having a community of people that encourage me to take breaks as well as encourage me with affirmations means the world. In other groups I've been called lazy or was told I wasn't trying hard enough. This community uplifts me and helps present that not everything is black and white and not every person struggles the same way as others. Such an amazing community."

"Crip Space, to me, is a nonjudgmental community of people who understand the struggle of having a disability. The struggle of having to meticulously plan each day in hopes of optimal success, yet, more often than not, to have those plans thrown entirely out the window by our own bodies and minds.
